- Your purpose is to heal. Healing allows you to return to yourself and live from wholeness.
- Pain is a signal, not a home. Pain can reveal what needs attention, but it is not where you permanently live.

- Growth leads to light. Expansion requires honesty, courage, and willingness to outgrow what no longer fits.
- Level up or repeat the lesson. Life presents the same pattern until you choose a new response.
